Shipping

All orders, unless otherwise specified or pre-arranged for a drop shipment direct from our vendor, will be shipped via ground. For Three-Day, Second Day and Overnight shipping, please contact our customer service team for a quote at 732-275-2481.

TCC ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

You may receive multiple packages as some items may ship direct from the manufacturers.

Sorry, we do not ship to international destinations.

Shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping costs. Please contact us for a quote.

Damaged Items

TCC and its vendors inspect all items prior to packaging and shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect all packages before accepting any shipment. If an item is damaged by the carrier in transit, the customer must notify the carrier to initiate a claim and notify TCC. All damage claims need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.

For freight deliveries, do not sign the delivery receipt before you have fully inspected the package and have marked down any damage or issues. Once you sign the receipt from a freight company we cannot help you if damage is not clearly noted on the delivery paperwork.  

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused based on no longer needing the item or a change-of-mind, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund provided. If the package is refused based on damage from the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to state such to the carrier upon time of refusal.
